I historically have not been someone that has put a great deal of value in realtors. Superior Realty has changed my opinion on this. After just completing a rather complicated deal with Superior I was very impressed with Brian's overall knowledge, incredible work ethic, not to mention being a nice guy. Brian is great, not only does he have experience as a real estate agent, but also as a new home sales person. Since we were first time home buyers and home builders, Brian stayed with us from picking a model/lot to explaining all the signing we did on closing. Since we brought our house 3 years ago, I have recommended Brian to both my mother and grand-parents for their home search in the Collin county area.

Brian is by far the best agent we have done buisness with in our 6 months of searching for a home, I have gone through 2 previous agents , and none had the skills and market experience as Brian has. He has been both honest and upfront with all information regarding our bid on a short sale house i have placed a bid on, and i am confident with him we will get the best deal on our house.
